Referral Link Generator collects only the data necessary to operate your referral program:
Account data: Product ID, customer email addresses you provide, and Stripe customer IDs.
Referral data: Referral link codes, click counts, conversion counts, reward balances.
Review data: User activity counts and review request status for G2/Capterra review collection.
Stripe data: We never store your full Stripe credentials. API keys are used in-memory only.
We do not collect, store, or process: passwords, credit card numbers, banking details, personal identification documents, browsing history from other sites, or location data.
All data is used exclusively to provide the referral link and review collection service. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Data never leaves your SQLite database unless you choose to export it.
All data is stored in a SQLite database on your deployment. Self-hosted users own their data completely. Hosted users' data resides in encrypted volumes on Railway's infrastructure.
You may export, delete, or request deletion of your data at any time. Self-hosted users control their own data directly. Hosted users can contact us at hello@reflinkgen.com for data requests.
